My Review
When it comes to books about motorcycle clubs and bikers, you could say that we go together like peanut butter and jelly. I’m quick to grab them and they immediately jump to the number one spot on my to-read list. I’ve yet to find one that I haven’t liked. Unfortunately, Savage Stalker didn’t live up to all of my standards when it came to MC books but I honestly didn’t hate it.
Savage Stalker is the heartbreaking but refreshing story about Katarina Saunders, the lead singer of the Grinders, and her chance encounter with Dane Reynolds, the President of the Savage Angels MC.
Kat’s life was perfect, well as perfect as it gets with a cheating bf. On the brink of their last show on a tour, Kat is finally getting everything she ever wanted. That is until that night changes everything for her. Now, she is forced to leave her previous life behind and seeks refuge at her mom’s house in the mountains.
Dane Reynolds is the kind of neighbor that every girl would want. I mean, how could you not? He’s the President of a MC. Oh and he’s totally panty- dropping worthy. He has waited and waited for Kat to come introduce herself to him and his club, seeing as her mom was a big part of them. The only problem is that Kat’s mom never told Kat she was friends with a MC. Unable to wait any long, Dane takes matters into his own hands.
Kat is completely shocked by her attraction toward Dane. When a stalker shows up hell bent on making Kat’s life miserable, she is unable to fight the attraction she feels for Dane because he is determined to keep her safe by keeping her close.
Savage Stalker was unlike any other MC book I have read before. This book is more centered on Kat’s stalker and we don’t see too much of the MC life. Once I started this book, I could not put it down at all. It was filled with a ton of suspenseful moments that kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time.
**** out of 5 stars.
